How to start or join a project
Any party working in any of the programme’s (HPT TCP) member countries can participate in HPT Projects. To participate in project an interested research group, institution or company can either develop their own idea or join an existing proposal or idea. Joining proposals or projects
There is a possibility to join the proposals in preparation or to join a recently started project. Member countries interested in joining an HPT TCP Project must follow a formal procedure.

From idea to ongoing project
There is a recommended procedure for developing a project within the IEA Heat Pumping Technologies (HPT) Technology Collaboration Programme (TCP). The process takes a project from an initial idea to an on-going international collaboration. Only HPT member countries may initiate or participate in a project.
