Heimstaden’s Ambitious Climate Goals: what role do heat pumps play
Heimstaden recently presented new sustainability goals aiming to significantly reduce its total CO2 emissions in line with the Paris Agreement’s ambition level to limit global warming to 1.5°C and is investing approximately 500 million EUR to meet the goals. The company has set a climate road-map to achieve this ambitious target by focusing on five pillars and concrete KPIs, which are presented in this article, with a special focus on heating infrastructure.
