Chillventa Congress 2024

On October 7th 2024, Michael Lauermann, the Operating Agent of the IEA HPT Annex 59 project, gave a presentation at the Chillventa Congress at Nürnberg on “Energy efficiency in industrial drying”. In this context, he presented the IEA HPT Annex 59 project with its scope and ambition as well as selected results from two Austrian R&D projects: the EDDY project, which aimed at enhanced industrial drying by developing a novel and compact infrared sensor technology, and the GreenBricks project, which has impleted, amongst others, three heat pumps for brick drying.
