The Annex had a slow start with only three countries, Sweden, Germany and Korea, during 2023. Towards the end of the year, France and Austria joined as well. A few other countries also showed interest, and a re-start meeting with all five participating countries and some prospects was held in January 2024. It was decided to have bi-monthly Annex meetings in order to get the partners to know each other better, and speed up the cooperation. It was also decided to have internal Annex seminars in conjunction to the Annex meetings, with internal or external experts presenting on a topic of interest to the Annex participants.
