An Annex 61 was hosted of the Energy Campus of TH Nürnberg on February, 19/20, 2024. The meeting was attended by the six countries AT, CH, DE. IT, JP and NL.
On the meeting results of a load generator to create and evaluate load curves of buildings of different standards combined with various system technology, like heat pumps and district heating, as well as PV. The load curves can be evaluated regarding options to reach a plus energy balance, but also evaluate the gap to a positive balance. The generator can also be used to evaluted the energy balance of archetype Positive Energy Districts, e.g. a purely residential use or a mixed residential and office use .
Furthermore, interim result of the national projects have been discussed, including the first monitoring results of heat pumps in districts.
The meeting also included a technical visit to a monitoring district of the TH Nürnberg, equipped with a low temperature grid and horizontal ground collectors.
