The project consists of 4 apartment buildings, with 33 private apartments mixed with some business area in the ground floor level. The focus is on high efficiency, minimal sound level and design. The heating is delivered by Air/Water heat pump.

Lessons learned

  • Two heat pumps for each building unit and relatively simple concept, with a low sound level.

Description of the technical concept

There is a boiler room for each building and two heat pumps for each building one of the buildings is only having one heat pump. The heat pumps are having sound hoods to reduce sound. The heating system consists of a buffer tank and a hot water storage. 95 % of the heating is provided by floor heating and 5 % by radiators. The temperature to the heatingsystem is set by the heat curve which is having a setpoint at 45 °C at -12 °C and the floor heating is having a setpoint at 35 °C.
