The second meeting comes up with very important results:
- There are 6 countries that have confirmed their participation in the Annex 50 until now
- The market situation of heat pumps and multi-family buildings (MFB) in each country was introduced on the basis of all country reports
- A general definition of MFB was discussed => decision for Annex 50: MFB are buildings with more than 2 apartments (3 and more)
- Cooling of buildings is not the focus of the Annex but is not explicitely excluded
- A list with barriers will be prepared
- Task Leaders has been discussed with the aim to determine leaders for all tasks
- The official/ public website of HPC and the internal team site were discussed
- Task 2 “Modelling and simulation of systems” Task 4 “Demonstration and monitoring” as well as Task 5 “Dissemination and Communication” was discussed in detail
- Next steps and meetings were planned
