Save the date: Decarb Cities 2025

Save the date as it’s coming soon! Decarb Cities is an event dedicated to showcasing how cities can reduce greenhouse gas emissions from their heating and cooling systems.

The 2025 edition will take place on 13-14 May in Kraków, Poland, at the same time as Poland’s presidency of the EU Council. 🇵🇱 Organised by the European Heat Pump Association and supported by key stakeholders, the conference will focus on the role of cities in Europe’s journey towards carbon neutrality.

This year’s programme will explore how urban areas can transition from fossil-fuel-based heating to renewable energy solutions, with a particular focus on heat pumps. Participants will gain insights into the funding, policies, and practical strategies needed to create resilient and sustainable urban heating and cooling systems.

Decarb Cities provides a vital platform for city leaders, planners, and experts to exchange ideas and share experiences on achieving a low-carbon, climate-ready future.
